Dr. Senthil is absolutely amazing! I came to her needing a total mouth restoration with implants, and the results have truly changed my life. She didn’t just restore my teeth—she gave me back my smile and the freedom to smile without giving it a second thought. From the very beginning, Dr. Senthil and her entire staff have been incredibly friendly, caring, compassionate, and professional. They made what could have been an overwhelming process feel comfortable and reassuring every step of the way. Dr. Senthil combines extraordinary skill with genuine warmth and compassion, and it is obvious that she truly cares about her patients and the quality of her work. Her office is lovely and state-of-the-art, and I always felt that I was receiving the very best and most advanced dental care available. The attention to detail throughout my restoration was exceptional, and the final result exceeded my every expectation. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Senthil and her team. What they accomplished for me went far beyond dentistry—they gave me something priceless: the confidence to smile again! Thank you, Dr. Senthil, and thank you to your wonderful staff for taking such extraordinary care of me. I will be forever grateful! Lynn Baersch Palm Desert, CA

Dr. Keerthi Senthil is the very best Dentist I have ever went to. She is very caring, excellent at her Profession, and stands by her motto, “Get It Right the First Time” and she always does! She is better known as the Implants Guru, and she really is that person. Dr. Senthil has an excellent Staff beginning with Myra, her Office Manager, Yvette, her Exceptional Hygienist, and her Assistant and Receptionist, who are always very sweet and attentive. Annette Castaldi .

The knowledge and kindness of Dr. Sentil, Yvette, and the entire staff is second to none.

I honestly had the best experience with Dr. Senthil! She took the time to figure out an issue that other doctors hadn’t been able to identify, and I’m so grateful for her care and expertise. The staff was also absolutely amazing, kind, and incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Senthil to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor!

Dr Senthil has given my husband an outstanding professional work to help save his front tooth and give him a wonderful crown. We are so grateful to have her for our dentist!

Everyone is so kind and professional. Dr. Keerthi Senth makes you feel so comfortable and explains everything, so you understand the process. You know that you are in the right place to get your work done. I have had my surgery done and my implants done. The day off the surgery everyone was so caring. I highly recommend this place if you are going to have implants done. Dr Keerthi Senth and staff are amazing and compassionate to your needs.

I am very grateful to Yvette, the dental hygienist, for her exceptional care. Her kindness and thoughtful approach have always made sure I stay comfortable and healthy. Wonderful place, everyone made you welcome and comfortable, very professional and state of the art equipment

I am blown away by the whole experience at Implants Guru. I have so much good to say about the receptionist, the technician and the Dentist. So professional and thorough yet their personalities made my day. And that was only for the consultation! Excited to have my dental work done at Implant Guru’s. Best dental experience ever!

Everyone was so terrific! I had a tooth extracted and had zero pain. I used their wonderful anesthesiologist and it was very pleasant. I strongly recommend this doctor and her staff, it was a pleasure doing business with all of them.

I really appreciated Dr. Senthil spending as much time with me as needed. She spent upwards of an hour with me. Really appreciated her nature. This was my first visit/consultation. She explained everything very thoroughly. The support staff were also very nice and caring.

I was referred to Dr. Senthil By Palm Desert dentistry. I can’t express the gratitude that I have for Dr. Sentelle and her team. The staff is amazing professional and show genuine empathy. Dr. Sentelle has Provided the best of care that I have ever ever received. I highly recommend anyone seeking implants to at least have a consultation. I’m not at the end, but I have my faith and trust in the team at guru implants.

My father first came here because of tooth pain and we wanted a second opinion. We fell in love with Dr. Senthil. She is super nice and understanding. She listens and takes her time with her patients. She explains everything so well and will work with you when it comes to what is the best way to go. Not to mention you have an amazing view while sitting in the chair. :)

Needed some help with my night Guard and And the good doctor was able to help me out and take care of my problem, so nice the best Dentist ever!

Exceptional! If I could give 10 stars I would and Idon't give stars lightly.Have upper implants. Sixtyfive years ago I lost many teeth in a car accident. Finally decided to get implants, MADE A BIG MISTAKE AND THE FIRST DENTIST CREATED A MESS. Went to Dr. Senthil she was gentle, compassionate, and professional. She undid the damage and replaced all my upper teeth with implants. I don't learn easy, went to my long time Mexican dentist for bottom implants. Both failed, got infected. Went back to Dr. Senthil for the second emergency. She removed the failed implants, cleaned the infection, did a bone graft and now I have all my teeth. Moral of the story: "The bitterness of poor quality and taste lingers long after the sweetness of a cheap price is forgotten". There is no question she is outsanding. Not to mention her great staff. They are dedicated, caring people. The End:) Kerry

I highly recommend Dr. Keerthi Senthil for any type of dentistry, especially implants. I have had many different dentists in my life and I can honestly say that Dr. Senthil is the best of them all. She is highly credentialed and qualified in every field of dentistry - and she and her staff go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and reassured. I am a new patient of Dr. Senthil and so happy I found her.

Dr. Senthil and her staff are so kind and caring. My mom is 97, so dentist visits are not easy. This office, however, go above and beyond to make sure she is okay and comfortable. I highly recommend them for their quality of work, patience explaining everything, and willingness to really work with us on how to best proceed on procedures for someone her age.

Yevette the hygienist Is top notch as well. she too is a perfectionist and very informative and does an excellent job. The best cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Senthil is one of the most knowledgeable dentists I have been to. The office staff is super helpful and the hygienist, Evette, is so thorough. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone!

Who likes going to the dentist? Not many, myself included. However, Dr. Senthill's office is different. Her staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. The office itself is meticulously clean and welcoming. Dr Senthill is kind, warm, and exceptionally professional. I've had lots of treatments done there, from cleanings (Yvette is fantastic) to implants. My most recent visit, Dr. Senthill saved a problem tooth from being extracted, which meant a less invasive treatment and a big savings of money. She's honest and does her best to help one keep their teeth as long as possible. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere for my dental work.

Super nice people explained all the benefits and negatives and positives presented me with pricing and explanation of what needed to be done. They were very, very thorough.

The Implant Guru (Dr. Senthil ) and associates are professional, intuitive, compassionate and down to earth. One of the best qualities of this practice is the ability to maintain cutting edge knowledge and techniques, while communicating with clients in a fashion that doesn't take a DDS to understand. They don't try to impress, they succeed in making realistic goals of their clients become reality...

I have been going to Implant Guru for 10 years. The staff is very friendly. Yvette the hygienist is the best . I would highly recommend

Nobody looks forward to going to the dentist. However, the Staff and Doctors at Implants Guru are exceptional. The work was quick and painless - a very deep clean on several of my teeth. I can NOT recommend them enough.

The doctor and her assistants are wonderful and always so positive and supportive. They get 5 gold stars!

This is the best dentist I've ever had. The people here truly care. They are patient and kind. I've never had such a painless experience at the dentist. Everyone has amazing bedside manners and they make sure you have all the information to make an informed decision. Never thought I'd be rating a dentist 5 stars but they are that and more!

Look no further. Thanks to Dr. Senthil's superior skill and cosmetic artistry I now have healthy glamorous smile that looks natural. Dr. Senthil is the best Implant dentist in the Coachella Valley. She also surrounds herself with a knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Liz and Edwin are supportive and reassuring every step of the way and Mayra and Betsy make billing, insurance and setting up appointments a breeze. Everyone in this office is very pleasant and focused on making your dental experience a good one. Also, I just had a fantastic cleaning with Yvette. It was the best cleaning I ever had. Yvette is a perfectionist and the process was gentle and relaxed.

I needed to have my original implants (thorough a different dentist) replaced. The kindness and professionalism at this office surpasses any other dentist I have worked with. I really appreciate the time they have spent on and with me, both in the dentist chair and by making sure I understand what procedures are needed, the cost of the procedures and help with financing them. I am not an easy patient since I have full implants that needed to be replaced, but they have never made me feel like my case is as difficult as I believe that it is. I truly wish I had started out at this dental office when all of my dental work started. I am so grateful they are giving me my smile back.

Always the best. Expert at hygiene, general dentistry and implants. My wife and I have been going to this practice for the 13 years since we settled permanently in the desert. Nice, caring doctors, technicians and staff running an efficient and effective office. Highly recommend.

Dr. Synthil is professional but also very compassionate when it comes to her patients.

Dr. Kerthi Senthil is Amazing!! Her Staff is amazing!! Professionalism to the highest level!!! Dr. Senthil is a perfectionist in every aspect of her approach, work and execution. She has the perfect touch, from her injections, extractions, bone graft insertion, crown procedures. If I wasn’t terrified of any dentist since childhood, I would probably admit going to her for treatment was a great experience. The entire staff from the front desk to the dental hygienist are professional and a pleasure to deal with. From a simple filling to a technically precise implant, you will be professionally cared for by Dr.Keerthi Senthil.

I've been an implant and crown patient for four years. I thoroughly researched Dr. SENTHIL online before our first meeting. Her credentials are excellent and she specializes in implantology FULL-TIME. The staff has grown to impeccable quality status, rarely experienced by me in the desert. She lived up to my highest expectations, professionally and personally. I've invested heavily in my dental health and, at 84, it's paid off. I couldn't be more pleased with both she and her current staff among whom are Mayra (mgr), Lizeth, Eileen, Jennie, and super hygienist Yvette.

It's always a pleasure to visit Dr.Senthil and her attentive staff. Everyone is very professional and take good care of all my dental needs. Thank you! 💗 - Patty Villalobos

Dr. Senthil & her staff are an exceptional team of Dental professionals. Dr. Senthil is patient, through, highly experienced and attentive to her patients needs and concerns. Results are outstanding. Highly recommended!

Yesterday, Dr. Senthil removed two infected molers and replaced the sinus membrane as she had done previously on the other side of my mouth. I would never trusted anyone else to take care of this complicated procedure. Even though she did this before, she took the time again to explain the process real time step by step. I left feeling as though I had been taken care of by a true miracle worker. Her skill and professionalism are awesome. She is the only dentist I will see. Thanks Dr. Senthil and team for your exceptional practice!

My first time being there for consultation. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to get their implants this is the place to be.service is excellent. Dr.Senthil knows exactly what you need to be done, she is very attentive and gives the best advice to what you needed regarding your implants.

I had another visit to Dr Keerthi's office as part of my smile remake effort. I am getting closer to my goal of all new implants. What I have learned from the remarkable Dr. Keerthi's is that each case is totally different, there is no cookie cutter way to a great smile, like those you tube ads would lead you to believe. I have some other medical problems which makes having all the teeth replaced at one time a major problem to my health. No worries with Dr. Keerthi though because she thinks outside of the box when it comes to you and your teeth. Dr. Keerthi designs a plan just for you, and that is what makes her so much better than any other implant Dr. She realized that because of my health struggles, my teeth would have to be done in stages, and her individualized specialist plan just for me is working wonders. I will keep you updated as we progress to my smile makeover, thank God I found Dr. Keerthi, because in less capable hands I might never get my smile restored. But if you want a Dr. who caters to you the individual, there is no one better than Dr, Keerthi at Implants Guru. I suggest to anyone contemplating a smile makeover to make their first and only call to Dr. Keerthi Senthil at Implants Guru, trust me, you will never be in more capable and compassionate hands.

I found the office to be clean and the staff extremely friendly. The doctor took the time to explain things in detail and spent a lot of time reviewing treatment options. I had met with several doctors before this office and none of them made me feel as warm and welcoming as this office staff did. I Highly recommend them ...and I very rarely recommend anyone.👍💯 I absolutely love this office and would never go anywhere else. The staff is exceptional and the doctor. phenomenal The doctor even has my permission to use me as a personal reference if anyone wants to speak to me one on one
