Dr. Narula and her team are exceptional. As a mature woman who wanted Invisalign to correct movement in my teeth, I needed specific professional care. Dr. Narula is highly communicative and empathic. She is extremly competent and leads her team with efficiency, sensibility, and kindness. Every step is explained, every cost makes sense, and payment plans are logical. I am a former professor so I pay close attention. This office is cheerful, professional, and personal. You are treated with respect and gentleness. I wish more companies would follow this business model. We would have a better society as a result. My teeth are vastly improved and I decided to get them bleached. Wow. No regrets. Love this place. These people and the process were more than I could ever have hoped for. I am not overstating. If you know me, you know I am not an easy flatterer. But when someone gets it right, thry should be appreciated.

After extensive reading about Invisalign and Dr. Narula's impressive credentials, I made an appointment for an evaluation — and so began a journey that would become a truly great experience. The consultation was comprehensive: a thorough review of my orthodontic history with Letty Fonder, office manager and treatment coordinator, followed by an equally in-depth conversation with Dr. Narula about goals, expectations, and treatment options. I was struck by their thoroughness, professionalism, and the relaxed, friendly manner with which they answered all my questions. I chose to move forward with replacing my old retainer and beginning the Invisalign program to straighten my front lower teeth. The next step was a remarkable technological experience — digital imaging, advanced computer graphics, photos, and radiographs — with cutting-edge tools that the staff clearly understood and could explain with impressive depth. My journey lasted approximately 18 months, during which I genuinely enjoyed every appointment. From the efficiency of the front desk staff and the skill of the clinical team, to Dr. Narula's approachable and always-willing-to-explain demeanor, the experience was consistently excellent — right down to the warm cookie on your way out. The approximately 20 aligners, changed every one, two, or three weeks depending on my travel schedule, were neither painful nor uncomfortable. That said, wearing them the recommended 20–22 hours per day was at times challenging in an environment where long lunches and dinners are common. Stricter compliance would certainly have shortened my overall treatment time. In the end, through patience and the skill of Dr. Narula and her staff, we arrived at a completely successful outcome: perfectly aligned lower teeth. For long-term retention, I chose a permanent bonded wire on the back of my lower front teeth — invisible, low-maintenance, and providing 24/7 protection against shifting. After one to two years, I'll transition to removable retainers for nightly wear. Completing the Invisalign treatment is a milestone, and the feeling is fantastic. I look forward to future check-ins with Dr. Narula and her entire team. The relationship built over time with Dr. Narula — founded on trust, clear communication, and mutual respect — was truly the heartbeat of this journey. Thank you!

The Center of Orthodontics was the best decision I made for myself in choosing where to get my Invisalign. I had Invisalign for a year and a half as an adult which is not a pleasant experience but Dr. Mina Narula and her dental experts made the experience as painless as possible. It was affordable. And The Center of Orthodontics was easy with scheduling appointments and the dental work was done well.

My experience at Center for Orthodontics has been top notch from start to finish. I want to give a particular highlight to not just Dr. Narula herself but the rest of her staff from reception desk to the consult to treatment room. It was very clear that customer service was an important value in their work culture and I see and appreciate that high level of professionalism. Every session I had was easy and I was seated in a chair within 15 mins of my arrival. My consult was very easy and informative. I was given an overview of what the process involved and all my questions were answered from the actual process, logistics, and finances. I left the consult feeling well-informed about my options. Payment during the following session was easy and the office manager was very patient with me when I needed to wait for my payment information to be sent to me. I also really appreciated that she informed me about how my employment status would affect payment responsibility and that helped me make a more informed decision. Treatment itself was very simple and anyone I asked throughout was very helpful. Not once did I hear “I don’t know” and was left in the dark. I heard “let me find the answer for you” if I didn’t get an answer right away. I also really appreciate that during appointments, the doctors and staff were informing me of what was happening and what they were doing. It helps to put it in perspective considering the long treatment plan. My treatment finally ended on 4/24/26 after nearly two years and the results are worth it. My only complaint is that it was very long but that can’t be helped. There was one conversation where I was going to start the second part of my treatment and it sounded like it would be a short duration but ended up being over 20 weeks. Unexpected but not the worst news. I signed up for a better smile and if this is what it took, I was going to do it. They were very understanding and more importantly very informative. They kept reminding me how consistency is key and that eventually led to excellent results in the long run. I highly recommend Center for Orthodontics if you’re considering Invisalign. One thing I’ll miss from this place is the cookie you get at the end of the appointment!

I had a really positive experience doing my Invisalign journey with Dr. Narula & Juliana. I did 16 months of treatment and I felt really informed about my treatment plan throughout the process. I did do my part, (wearing my aligners as much as possible) but I was able to see amazing results! The financials were super transparent, there was no surprises. No notes.
